 Nougat is the latest version of Android Series and almost everyone knows this. Nougat is fast, efficient and smaller in size compare to previous versions. Nougat is packed with some unique and handy features. Nougat has been released for Nexus devices for preview and to see the response of users.  Every Android user is waiting to get the update but it’s not available for every device.

So here are the lists of devices on which you will get the Nougat update.

Android 7.0: Nougat

Android 7.0 Nougat is the seventh version of Android Operating System. It was officially released on 22 August 2016 and LG V20 was the first device launched with Nougat. Nougat is much more improved and smoother than it’s predecessor.

I won’t go very deep into it, I only talked about the highlighted features of Nougat.

10 Highlighted Features of Nougat

   1. Nougat is smaller than it’s predecessor and it takes only 49.5 MB if you update from Marshmallow compared to 1GB.

    2. It has a Split-screen mode, so you work on two or more apps simultaneously.

    3. Quick switching app, this mode enables you to switch between two recent apps. Simply double tap the app overview button and you’ll switch between your two most recent apps in your secondary window.

    4. Nougat is quite complicated and hard to use as compare to other android versions.

   5. Notification can be optimised. You can decide how many notifications you want to see on notification bar or you don’t want to see.

    6. Customizable quick setting.

   7. Multi-language support, emoji and app links.

   8. Faster and smoother.

   9.  New setting menu.

  10. Do not disturb and data saving mode.
