Faraday Future FF91

Faraday Future’s FF91

What you imagine when you think of future cars, may be a car without wheels or which can fly or which can run on land and water. These are imaginary but I cannot say these are impossible may be after a decade we might see cars which can fly and drive itself.
But if we think practically electric cars are the future of automobile, not just because they are eco-friendly but they also integrated with some great technology.
Tesla has the biggest share in electric car segment but with entry of Faraday Future their crown might be at risk. Faraday Future can be a tough competitor for Tesla.
At CES International 2017 Faraday Future’s FF91 was the talk of town.

FF91

Faraday Future an electric car maker named after a famous scientist Michael Faraday unveiled FF91, a car on which any company boasts. FF91 a four seater sedan that has the acceleration like a Formula One car and beauty to admire off. It has the ability to learn and adapt to the driver.
The FF91 has 1,505hp engine and can accelerate 0 to 100Kmph in just 2.39 seconds, making it the world’s fastest electric car and second fastest car ever made. It will compete with the Tesla Model S P100D which can reach 100Kmph in 2.5 seconds.
It has a glass roof, 22inch wheels and a 130KW battery and company claims this car can cover about 608 km on a single charge. The FF91 can unlock the door by recognising the driver’s face and can learn different things about its driver and adapt according to that.
The most interesting thing about this car is a “driverless valet” system. Driverless valet system enables the car to park itself and this is possible with many cameras, radars and ultrasonic sensors that this car consist.

Growing Skepticism

Despite all the promises of the company there is doubt as whether this car will ever become reality. Will this car be ever built? Some analysts are doubting the company’s financial solidity and overall investment strategy. In November last year Aecom stopped constructing the $1bn Faraday Future’s car factory due to unpaid invoices.
In December three key consecutives quit the company in the duration of a week.

But despite all this, company is on their stand and opened a section of its website where people can register for $5,000. The car cost may be around 300,000 dollars.
